The record
A 1913 theater in downtown Martinsburg, West Virginia, designed by architect Reginald Geare with local architect Chapman E. Kent and built by theater owner H.P. Thorn. Originally seating about 1,000 for movies, vaudeville, and concerts, it is on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP #79002569, 1979) and within the Downtown Martinsburg Historic District. It operates today as a community-supported civic theater.
