For paranormal operators

Your ghost hunts
deserve better than
generic ticketing.

The booking platform built for paranormal operators — run ghost hunts, investigations and events across multiple haunted locations, even ones you don’t own.

Everything a paranormal operator actually needs

You don't have to own the building

Add the haunted location you already have permission to work in. The location, the event and the operator stay three separate things — so the venue stays the venue, and the event stays yours.

One calendar across every location you run

Every event at every location you operate at, in date order, on one operator calendar — not one login per building.

Price it the way you sell it

A flat rate for the group, per person, or a group rate with extra guests beyond it. Deposits and private hire are part of how the booking works, not something bolted on after.

Night-of: guest list, waiver status, message everyone booked

Who is coming, who has signed, and one message to everyone booked on that date — attached to the event you're actually running.

The difference

Built for haunted places.
Not everything else.

General event software can sell a ticket to anything. It has no reason to understand a private overnight investigation, a venue you don’t own, or a waiver that belongs to one night.

How HauntStay compares with generic event software, row by row: the core model, operator identity, the location model, handling multiple locations, repeat nights, event-night operations, and platform pricing.

One operator.
Multiple haunted locations.
One platform.

Add the location. Run your events there. You don’t have to own the building.

Run Friday at a historic theatre, Saturday at an old jail, and next month at a haunted manor — all under the same operator identity.

You have the relationships and the permissions; the buildings belong to museums, historical societies, theatres and families. HauntStay keeps the location, the event and the operator as three separate things — so the venue stays the venue, and the event stays yours.

Getting started

How it works

Get set up

  1. Create your account

    Free to get started.

  2. Set up payouts

So the money from a booking reaches you directly.

  3. Add the location you run events at

The haunted place you already have permission to work in. You don't have to own it.

Go on sale

  1. Build your event

What it is, how long, what it costs, how many people.

  2. Add your dates

A whole season at once, not one night at a time.

  3. Take bookings

Guests book and pay through your listing.

Run the night

  1. Run the night

Your roster with party sizes and booking references, who has signed a waiver, and one message to everyone booked.

Your site stays yours

Keep your website.

You have spent years building an audience that knows where to find you. Nothing here asks you to send them somewhere else.

Booking embeds are available for your existing website, so people can book your events without leaving the site they already trust.

On your own site

“Book an investigation”

Your pages, your branding, your audience — with HauntStay handling the dates, the payment and the guest list behind it.

Pricing

Operators pay no HauntStay platform fee.

HauntStay’s service fee is paid by the guest, on top of your listed price.

Questions operators ask

Can I run events at a venue I don't own?
Yes. Add the location you run events at, and your events there are yours. You don’t have to own the building.
What if the venue is already on HauntStay?
If someone has already listed it, contact us and we’ll help connect your operator access.
What does HauntStay charge me?
See Pricing above — it covers exactly how the guest’s total is made up and what reaches you.
If I duplicate an event, does it copy the dates too?
No — duplicating copies the setup (what it is, pricing, capacity, policies), not the dates or anything that has been booked. You add the dates for the new one, which is what makes it bookable.
Do I have to give up my own website?
No. Booking embeds are available for your existing website, so people can book without leaving the site they already know.
How do I get paid?
You connect a payout account during setup — that has to be in place before you can add a location. Booking payments go to that account, and each booking’s payout is released after the event has happened, once its refund window has closed.

Your paranormal business isn’t generic.
Your booking platform shouldn’t be either.
