The record
The Ritz Theatre opened in 1927 at 915 White Horse Pike in Haddon Township, New Jersey — a Colonial Revival playhouse designed by Hodgens & Hill, its interior finished with classical Greek murals. In its ninety-nine years the building has lived several lives: a vaudeville stage, a movie house through the Golden Age of cinema, and, for a stretch, an adult theater, before its restoration as the nonprofit performing-arts venue it is today. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002, the Ritz is now the residency home of the ParaSight Project, who run its public and private paranormal investigations. Investigators and guests describe the theatre's activity as strongest after live performances — as though the energy of a full house lingers in the room long after the audience has gone.
Field reports
Reported phenomena
Logged by the host and by previous investigators. Reported, not verified.
- Often / Frequently · Post-performance activityThe resident ParaSight team and their guests report that activity at the Ritz is most pronounced after a live performance, describing a pattern where the theatre seems to "wake up" once the show ends and the audience departs.
- Reported / Occasional · Voices and responses (EVP)Guests on public investigations report EVPs and apparent responses captured throughout the historic auditorium and backstage areas during hands-on sessions, using both traditional methods and the team's investigation technology.
- Reported / Occasional · A presence across the decadesAccounts describe a sense of presence tied to the building's many eras — from its vaudeville and cinema days onward — with investigators and visitors reporting experiences across the stage, seating, and behind-the-scenes spaces of the 99-year-old landmark.

What is this? — neuroVIZR Neuro Biohacking Light & Sound Headset & Headphones
The ParaSight Project's has partnered with NeuroVizr TM to bring you the ParaSight Project NeuroVizr Experience! Our exclusive NeuroVizr experience is an innovative methodology to enhance your guest's experience at your location, event or conventions/expos! This one of a kind experience uses HIGH POWERED neuroscience/neuro biohacking light and sound technology to stimulate brain engagement, strengthen cognitive clarity and connection to higher level consciousness! In turn, that deepened higher level self, provides participants with a strong connection to consciousness and endless potential! We will run and guide you through your neuroVIZR session before, during and after you are done investigating. How does NeuroVizr technology work? Using Micro/Meso/Macro light programming accompanied with binaural sound, the brain engagement creates new neuro pathways and increases neuroplasticity (your brain's ability to change and adapt its structure and functioning to learn new information). We are able to stabilize and promote brainwave functions targeting both Alpha and Gamma waves which are associated with anomalous interactions, consciousness and even mediumship!
