The Ritz Theatre opened in 1927 at 915 White Horse Pike in Haddon Township, New Jersey — a Colonial Revival playhouse designed by Hodgens & Hill, its interior finished with classical Greek murals. In its ninety-nine years the building has lived several lives: a vaudeville stage, a movie house through the Golden Age of cinema, and, for a stretch, an adult theater, before its restoration as the nonprofit performing-arts venue it is today. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002, the Ritz is now the residency home of the ParaSight Project, who run its public and private paranormal investigations.
