The record
A Venetian Gothic concert hall in Cincinnati completed in 1878, designed by Samuel Hannaford & Sons. A National Historic Landmark (NRHP #70000496; NHL 1974), it is home to the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Cincinnati Opera, Cincinnati Ballet, Cincinnati Pops, and the May Festival Chorus. The site previously held an orphan asylum and a pauper's burial ground, and remains were reportedly found on the grounds during later construction.
