The record
An Italianate former county poorhouse (also known as the Fairfield County Poorhouse or the Clarence E. Miller Building) in Lancaster, Ohio, its main building constructed in 1840. The institution itself first opened in 1828, part of a long history of public care at the Lancaster property, and the surviving building was expanded in 1865. On the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP #100005128). It has been vacant since 2013.
