The record

Designed by Ohio architect J.W. Yost and opened in November 1889, the jail served Licking County for nearly a century. Its history includes the 1910 mob killing of detained agent Carl Etherington. Since being revitalized in the early 2010s, it has operated as a museum and paranormal attraction under the LCGPS.
