The record

Built in 1868, the farmhouse was the site of the June 1912 murder of the Moore family and two Stillinger children, a case that remains unsolved. Historians Darwin and Martha Linn restored the home and opened it to the public in 1998. US Ghost Adventures acquired the property in early 2024 and continues operating tours and overnight experiences.
