No drugs or alcohol. Live streams are permitted as long as it is not a disruption or distraction for other guests or the event. No moving of sets or props on stage, backstage, rehearsal room or dressing rooms. Respect towards our spirits is expected. No provoking spirits will be allowed.

If you need to cancel

Non-refundable

The experience price is not refunded if you cancel, at any point. If you cancel, the service fee is not refunded.

Set by this host for this experience, and they govern a cancellation you make. If the host cancels, or anything goes wrong on our side, you are refunded in full — experience price and service fee — regardless of these terms.

Booked the wrong date? Message the host — they can move your booking to another available night at no charge. Rescheduling costs nothing and does not count as a cancellation.

By booking, you acknowledge the inherent risks of investigating aged, low-light structures and release the host from liability for injury or loss. You agree to follow all posted safety notes and host instructions.
